Monthly Billing
Payments are debited on the 1st. A $15 late fee is applied if the account remains outstanding past the 5th day.

At Just Dance LLC, we focus on premier dance training in a safe, professional space. Registration implies that you have carefully read and accepted the mandatory financial terms and legal agreements that direct our enrichment operations and the commitment of our participating families.
New Enrollments
To reserve your place in class, a $30 yearly enrollment fee is required per child and is non-refundable.
Tuition Rates
- Tuition Current monthly tuition is $65 per student and is due on or before the first day of each month. Monthly tuition is based on annual program enrollment and is divided into equal monthly payments throughout the program year, including summer programming, unless otherwise communicated by Just Dance LLC. Just Dance LLC reserves the right to adjust tuition rates annually to remain competitive within the local market. Any tuition changes will be communicated to families and participating schools prior to the start of a new school year.
Automated Payment Setup
Enrollment requires a valid payment method on file for auto-billing. We will send notification via email before processing any additional performance or equipment fees to your secured card or bank account.

Stage & Event Fees
Recital Participation
A $75 event fee is collected during registration for venue overhead. Opting for the $150 full recital payment early grants a 10% discount.
The January $75 payment covers a custom-fitted costume, student trophy, and access to the professional digital recital footage.
Non-Refundable
All transactions are final. We do not offer credits or partial refunds for absences, sickness, or travel. Tuition ensures your child's spot is held exclusively within our small-group enrichment learning environment.
No Refund Policy
Just Dance LLC maintains a strict NO REFUND policy on all tuition, registration fees, and performance deposits under any circumstances. If you choose to withdraw, a 30-day written notice is required, but no past or current payments will be returned or credited.
Image Release
Registration serves as consent for student photography for marketing use unless a written opt-out is received.
Studio Closures
If weather or emergencies cause class cancellations, makeup workshops may be scheduled. No tuition credits or financial refunds are provided for involuntary schedule shifts or facility closures.
Code of Conduct
We uphold a positive environment. Disrespectful conduct from students or guardians is grounds for program removal.

Guardians are responsible for maintaining current email and phone records in the portal for emergency alerts.
Parents assume the inherent risks of athletic dance and hold the studio harmless regarding any injuries.

Legal Binding Waiver
By submitting this form, I certify I am the legal guardian. I agree that this digital signature carries the full weight of a legal contract, confirming my acceptance of all terms, including our strict no-refund policy and all health and safety protocols outlined by Just Dance LLC.
Inherent Risks
I recognize that dance involves physical exertion and risk. I accept all responsibility for the student and agree to handle all medical expenses related to participation in classes, rehearsals, or events organized by the studio staff.
Release of Claims
I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Just Dance LLC and its employees from any claims of damage or injury. This waiver is intended to be comprehensive and legally binding to the fullest extent of the law, protecting the business from any litigation regarding standard participation risks.
Emergency Consent
I grant Just Dance LLC permission to seek urgent medical aid for my child if I cannot be reached. I agree to cover all expenses for medical treatment and emergency transportation services.
Health Status
I confirm the student is physically fit for dance activities. I will provide written notice regarding any allergies, chronic conditions, or specific physical needs that the instructors should be aware of.
Account Integrity
Maintaining accurate emergency contact details in the portal is my responsibility. Just Dance LLC is not liable for communication failures resulting from outdated profile data provided by the guardian.
Media Permission
I give Just Dance LLC permission to use my child's likeness in promotional materials. To decline, I must provide a written request to the office before the dancer's first class. Once images are published for the season, they cannot be retracted from printed or digital materials.
Personal Property
The facility is not liable for any lost, stolen, or misplaced gear or personal items on the premises.
Final Consent
I have reviewed this entire document and recognize that I am waiving specific legal rights and committing to a firm no-refund policy by providing this electronic signature.
